Free blueprints for making your own cheiroscope
My cousin, who is also an Engineering student, was so nice to take the time and draw up the necessary blueprints needed to build your very own DIY cheiroscope.
Here is a link to a zip file containing the PDF-files: CHEIROSCOPE.
Lens specifications are also added in a text file.
An example of a cheiroscope built on the basis of these blueprints. It still needs lenses.
“Here’s my home-made cheiroscope using the pdf file designs. 5mm foam core and glue. No fancy tilt base, but it works.”

I can’t thank you enough for these cheiroscope blueprints. The cheiroscope was my favorite tool when I had vision therapy to help me fuse images and correct my double vision. Since I stopped the therapy, my eyes are struggling again. I just finished making this one out of black foam board from the dollar store and it works great! Much cheaper than going back to therapy. ?
