Visual rope skipping

The last couple of days I have been doing some rope skipping while reading an eye chart out loud. I did this both monocularly and binocularly. This exercise works on gaze stability and saccade accuracy while loading cognitively (reading/speaking) and vestibularly (going up and down movement/balance). It’s hard to keep place and stay concentrated, especially with the drifting left eye alone. It’s also not just a visual work out, let me tell ya!

This sounds like a great, challenging exercise (and not just for the eyes ha)! I’ll have to give this a try since I’m not doing weekly vision therapy anymore and it would be easy to set up at home.
